I was trading this morning in simulation mode for a couple of hours, then all of a sudden I lost my connection on both my home PC and on my VPS, and got a couple of error messages.
The first message said that the CAST user closed the session (Panic)
The second message said that my login failed, that my logon is disabled. It said to contact my FCM.

I emailed my FCM yesterday, telling them that I would be closing my IRA account and opening a cash account to transfer all my funds to, to trade with instead.
They wouldn't prematurely just close my IRA account before I finalized my new cash account and authorized them to do so, would they?
