Feature Request - Time Input Parameter

Dear NT Team,

Can the Input "Time" please be made available as variable with min - max setting (like a double, in time format) rather than as static parameter?

And can you please allow an offset (a time or bar value) to such "Time" in the strategy builder?

Min and max for time is a very important feature for time based trades / trade windows.
