NT Sim automatically placing non-stop orders

Hello,

For the past few weeks, my NT 8 has been automatically placing orders at random times. I have no active ATM strategies, active scripts, no hotkey entries, and the computer does not have any sticky keys. This has only occurred on the simulated account (sim101) and there is no way to stop it.

I have tried closing all positions, flattening all positions, disconnecting from NT, and resetting the Sim101 account. After which the issue will restart itself and continue to place orders. When the issue occurred this time, it placed over 600 contracts per second.

I have contacted platform support, sent them my log and trace information. They have sent me some files through TeamViewer and made changes to the "NinjaTrader.sdf" file. Even after these changes, the issue has occurred.

I am afraid this will happen in live trading and have not traded for real... As this issue caused my simulated account to go into $1 million's plus in debt.
