Import data problem: Unexpected number of fields

Hello.

I trying to import tick data.
Now file contains 2 lines only:

20130114 184723;14.53;2
20130114 195056;14.53;2

File name: EURUSD.Last.txt

When try to import as Tick data LLC get these 2 error messages in log tab:

I tried to replace semicolon to comas - same result.
I tried to re-enter lines in new file manually - same result.

What I did wrong?
And what does LLC abbreviation means in "Tick Data, LLC"?

Chelsea, thank You, I can import it today too.

I have about 5 different files with tick historical data (all of them caused same error messages) - and all of them were imported with no problem today.

May be, I need just to restart NT instead of hours of tries.

Sorry, have continuation of this adventure.
Today tried to import attached file.
Got same problem.

At this time VisualStudio was running and catch exception.

File looks ok, separators ";" - ok.
Space between date and time looks ok too: x20.
