ninjatrader crashes upon changing from hg 07-18 to hg 09-18

Hello,

I use a third party plugin called smart renko bars and it seems to crash my ninjatrader every so often.. This time its when i switch my chart from the old hg to the current hg product which is 09-18. also it happens when i switch from the old gc product to the current 12-18 gc product. I am getting the following error message.

*these charts used to work perfectly fine but i recently turned off my computer and turned it back on and now the charts dont load properly. help please

Thank you for your post. I suggest first to remove the add-on (Tools > Edit NinjaScript, or File > Utilities > Remove NinjaScript Assembly) and then re-add it again (File > Utilities > Import NinjaScript).

If you still see the same, you will likely need to report the issue to the vendor to look into further. Please also feel free to write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post and we can look into the log files as well.
