Thanks for the inquiry.

When I chart this instrument on my side I receive the same data you are seeing, and each bar is reading volume in the thousands.

It seems the other data source may be setup differently or is not plotting the instrument correctly.

I have attached what my chart looks like with multiple data feeds below for your comparison.

On your tradingview chart's top right corner, there is an exclamation mark with a circle around it, click on it, then click on "Learn More" under where it says something like "Data Provided by BATS". This should give you the explanation.

BATS is likely only reporting trades executing on their exchange which is likely illiquid and thus you have the sparse looking chart.
