Tick Data Not Complete

Hello,
I noticed that charting a ticker using Tick bars not all the trading days are charted.
For instance, today is August 24th and charting a 10 days chart of MSFT you can notice that August 20th is lacking at all in the chart.
It doesn't matter if you scale your chart to 1 tick or 1000 ticks.
The same thing happens for other tickers I charted.
Of course, the chart is complete for minute, day, etc. charts.
My data feed provider is IQFeed and my NinjaTrader version is 8, I'm working with Windows 10 - 64 bits.
Is there some explanation about this?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
