    Hello Mike0812,

    Thank you for your post.

The values you have entered are correct according to the Eurex website. That said, can you tell me if you receive any errors in your log tab when you try to load this instrument on a chart? If you are receiving them, can you please tell me exactly what they read?

Also, if you haven't already, please confirm with your broker that your account is enabled to trade/receive data for this product.

    Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the quick response James. I contacted my broker (Amp) this morning. They told me that you had to add FOAT to the platform. I did not think this was accurate information. I currently have a subscription for Eurex and have no issues receiving FESX, FGBM, FGBL or the FDAX. Any other suggestions?

        Hello Mike0812,

Thank you for confirming that for me.

The error message indicates that we do not provide historical data for that instrument, which is true, there will be no historical data for that instrument.

However, is it plotting incoming data? Is a SuperDOM providing streaming data when you load this Instrument?

To answer your questions...No and No

The SuperDom attached is where I switched to FOATmy. You can see where it did not change any of the values in the SuperDom. I believe that was the Dom I had of the FGBL. The FOAT is thinly traded, so the quantities could not possibly be that of FOAT.

The other attachment is of my market analyzer. You can see where I am receiving data from Eurex. But no data for FOAT

            Hello Mike0812,

Thank you for confirming that for me.

While I do not have access to a CQG account that has this data enabled, I was able to successfully map it using Kinetick. Kinetick uses the Symbol map OAT. Can you please test both FOAT and OAT as the CQG symbol map and let me know if either of those work?

              Hello Mike0812,

It just occurred to me that the, "my" in the FOATmy means, month and year. So you have to change the symbol mapping for each contract expiry. If you use FOATM7 in the symbol mapping you should see live data coming in. Sorry for this oversight.

Still no luck. I mapped both of the symbols. You think I should contact CQG to confirm the symbol used to map the instrument?

                  Hello Mike0812,

I posted the fix right as you posted your response, can you confirm that you tried my suggestions on my previous post?

James, just to add to this, I'm also having trouble with adding FOAT manually to NT7 instrument manager.

I am subscribed to Eurex and my data is from CQG via AMP.

I have tried FOATZ17 and FOATZ7 in the sympbol mapping section but I still cannot get data. By the way, the correct CQG symbol for this is FOATZ17 for the Dec (current) month.

As you have FBTP as a default instrument in NT7, can't you add FOAT as well?? It seems that quite a few are not getting anywhere with the manual process.

                    Thanks
