What are Ninja Support Hours

I looked for the hours that Ninja Email Support is available but didn't find it.
Does anybody know what hours and days of the week that Ninja Support replies to emails?

We provide 24/5 and weekend technical support. Here is the Contact Us page: Contact & Emergency Trade Support NinjaTrader

Our regular office hours are from 8:30 AM Eastern until 6:00 PM Eastern Monday through Friday. Email support is available throughout the weekend.

Hello Shawn,

Thank you for responding. I sent an email to support this morning(Saturday) at 6:00 AM eastern. I included the log and trace file. I have not gotten a response except for the auto reply that says somebody will contact me.
