Futures contract rollover notice

    Futures contract rollover notice

    I seem to remember getting notices when Futures contracts were to rollover. I did not get the popup when /CL rolled over this month, and I cannot seem to even remember when was the last time that I did get that notice.

    Has the facility been disabled, or did I turn it off. If I turned if off, how do I re-enable it?

    NT7.0.1000.30 on Windows 10.

    Currently in product announcements will only be displayed when the US Index Futures are scheduled to rollover and will not be displayed for CL, GC, etc. Did you receive a pop up notification when US Index Futures ES, NQ, etc. rolled over?

      I did not. That was back in December. I just waited to see what would happen with /CL as that rolls over every month. You confirm that it was not to happen to other than the Stock Index futures, so that makes sense, but I know that I did not get the notice in December either. For anything.

      Is there some place that I may have turned off getting the announcements. I did get the one about changing the pip size on some Currency Futures contract (I think it was 6E), which is what is confusing me.

        To be sure you receive all in product announcements going forward please use the steps I have provided below to create a new Config file:
        • Go to Help->License key and copy your license key to another program such Notepad, Word, etc.
        • Close NinjaTrader
        • Documents
        • NinjaTrader 7
        • Select the file "Config" and move this file to another location such as your Desktop
        • Restart NinjaTrader
        • Input your license key under Help->License key
        • Recreate your connection
