Date mismatch
Hi guys, what you can advise me on date mismatch on the chart. For instance I've added a new chart with EUR/USD by Kinetick EOD connection. As you can see from the attached print-screen, there is 5th October but that last bar should be 4th October and current day is 5th of October. Week should start on Monday 2th of October, but in NT it started on 3th of October.
So, how to edit this 1 day mismatch?Tags: None

Hello alexstox,
Currently the 5th of October should be showing within Kinetick EOD due to the Forex session template time from 17:00 the prior day to 17:00 the current day US EST. I would recommend deleting your cache to ensure you have the proper data.
To delete the cache, follow the steps below.
Shut down NinjaTrader.
Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
Restart NinjaTrader and test.

Hello alexstox,
The bar received for today October 6th was reported directly at 17:00 US EST as I received yesterday when I tested your inquiry. Different data providers may provide different close times for "Daily Bars". Currently NinjaTrader reports Forex data from 17:00 the prior day to 17:00 the current day US EST as I reported within my last response.

NinjaTrader will read the timestamp of your local PC clock and apply this time directly to the bar. You may change the time zone of your clock to US EST. However, this will not form the bars to your current day.

Hello alexstox,
Currently this is the expected behavior of NinjaTrader and Kinetick EOD Forex based daily bar close times. The Close time reports at 17:00 US EST and will then report for the daily bar of the current day of US EST. The data shown within this bar will be from 17:00 US EST of the previous day (in US EST) to the current day 17:00 US EST which is a complete 24 hour period ending in the current day.
