    Have been getting this message lately, is NT unavailable for the time being or is there another issue?

        Hello,

        Typically there is maintenance on the weekend with most brokerage servers on Friday night and / or Saturday.

        Please wait until Sunday after 2PM Eastern and most brokerages will have the maintenance completed.

        If you are unable to connect after this time, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com, so that we may schedule a call during our support hours of 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.

            Hello sledge,

            Thank you for your note.

            Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

            * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
            * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
            * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

            I look forward to your reply.

              I was away until 6 pm. Rithmic was still in "in between" connection state for 2 hours. I could not disconnect in NT7 since I wasn't connected as it was still connecting.

              I had to end task and restart NT7. It connected at 6:01pm.
