    Tiling Charts

    Hi

Is there any way to get the charts in a workspace to tile the space available - horizontally and/or vertically? Please advise. Thank you.

    Hello Zeos6,

Unfortunately this is not supported within NinjaTrader. You could tile/cascade NinjaTrader charts and other windows using the Windows function in the task bar. Please see the publicly available link below.

YES Zeos6! This is a real ridiculous NT8 flaw!
I have more than 30 charts on several screens and I often need to adjust these windows one by one, really tiresome!
Even the old Metatrader 4 had this very convenient "Tile Windows" feature!
The NT8 windows belong to NT8 and can't be arranged by Windows 10

        Hello vindiou,

I will forward the suggestion to support a tile function within NinjaTrader to development.

The suggestion is present on the list of possible future enhancements and is assigned to SFT-2774. We added your vote.

I do not see this feature still available. Has this been implemented ? If yes, how do we tile windows. Such a basic feature missing. Cannot do multiple time frame analysis without this.

              Hello SurenForex,

Feature request SFT-2774 has not been implemented at this time. Currently, it is only possible to tile windows using the Windows controls mentioned in post #1.

#ChelseaB -To be clear, and please correct me if otherwise so, the only Windows function that works with Ninja in the Post #2 link is to snap two Windows side by side. Clicking Ctrl and selecting multiple Ninja Windows in Task Manager does not, for example - only one Ninja Window at a time can be selected, hence this cannot be used.

In case it helps if not aware, there are various free and paid third-party tools to gain this much needed functionality, and a search of this forum will bring up some suggestions from other users (although they may be out-dated/superceded).

                  Hello brucerobinson,

Windows 7 still allows for multiple processes to be selected, later versions of Windows do not.

The show stacked or show side-by-side would be the only options available.
