Another unhandled exception

I posted a NT 8 exception a couple of weeks ago.
I can't find the post here's another:

There is nothing else in my Trace/Log files.
This exception is at the core of your low-level libraries. They need to be re-written.

I shouldn't get exceptions when shutting down. I don't think this is ready for General Release. I am planning on moving back to NT 7.0.

Thanks for posting.

In your previous post, it looks like we requested some files to assist with reproducing. However, it's not clear if we received these files on our end. Please see below:
