Help: Create Order with Stop Loss and Target when user input price is met

Hi I am new to ninja trader strategy development buy I have an experience in c# programming. I would like to find out how I can this. A sample code would be helpful for me to get started.
Example:

1. Buy GPBUSD
User Input: EntryPrice , StopLoss, Target1, Target2

If EntryPrice is equal or greater than the current price (realtime)
Place Order at Entry Price
Place StopLoss
Place Target1and Target2

2. How can I read an existing pending order in the nt strategy code?

Read pending order in the current chart for the current currency pair / current time frame
Place StopLoss
Place Target.

You would have to create user inputs so that the user could pass the Entry Price, stop loss and profit targets to the strategy, you could see the following example,
