24/7 trading hours vs tick replay

    Hello Jakub,

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

I would greatly appreciate you providing me with the following information so that I may better assist you:

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.0)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

    Who is your broker?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I look forward to your reply.

      1- I have latest version NT8
      2- connected to IQ feed
      3- I Dont have brooker on NT8

I tried also nt7 and there is correct data. On nt 7 I have same data feed.
Also I did try reset database and delete catch folder from database folder.

      Thank you
      Jake

        Hello Jakub,

Thank you for providing me with that information and for your patience.

I tested the IQ feed connection on my end and am receiving tick data during that time frame, and do not see the same gap in my chart as you do. Please attempt to reload the historical data on your chart.

        To do this:
        • Right click within your chart window
        • Select Reload All Historical Data

If this does not fix the gap you see in your chart, please attempt an instrument reset.

To reset your instruments, follow the steps below:
        • Disconnect from any active datafeed: Navigate to the Control Center > Connections menu, left-click the ‘disconnect’ button that appears to the right of any active connection.
        • Reset your instruments: Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window, left-click to expand the ‘Update instrument lists’ section, ensure ‘Predefined instrument lists’ is checked, then left-click the Update button that appears just to the right of the two options in this section.
        • Restart NinjaTrader.

Please let me know if you still see the gap in your AUDUSD chart after going through these troubleshooting processes.
