NT7 64bit error on startup

When I click on NT7 64bit, the program errors with two messages.

Unable to open trace file <file id>. Access to the path <file id> is denied.
Unable to recover NinjaTrader custom.dll. Please re-install Ninjatrader: Access to path \Documents\Ninjatrader 7\bin\custom\Ninjatrader.Vendor.dll' is denied.

I uninstalled NT7, reinstalled NT7 with no 3rd party programs and the error reappears.

NT7 32bit works
NT8 32&64bit works.

Please can you help.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

setup.exe again, chose remove NT7.
Ran a registry cleaner, removed any issues.
Rebooted
setup again, installed NT7, 32bit - ok
64bit - recreated the error.

Solution : I had included the other exes into the trusted apps of the AV program but not the NT7 64bit

I had the same problem today. An anti virus program performed an auto update which included the addition of ransom ware features. These features automatically and silently black listed NinjaTrader 7 and 8 exes when they were run.

I unblocked the exes and all worked fine.
