sell STP orders not cancelled?

I have a strategy running and having trouble with Mkt orders not working as expected.

The strategy status is green and in sync and is set to wait till flat on start.

An order is entered with stop loss and target through the strategy, but the stop loss is set orange and if the stop loss is hit the order still stays on the screen and cannot be cancelled?.
In Orders in the control Panel there is a "Cancel Pending" that also cannot be cancelled.

I have found the only way to get rid of the order is to disconnect the broker and reconnect?

Is there a way of cancelling this sell stop without reconnecting?

Why is this order not cancelled wihen the stop is hit?

I have tried restarting the strategy and the status then becomes orange.

A message appears after a delay that says that " Unable to cancel out live orders Strategy was not started "

I have to now disconnect ?

First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker's trade desk to manage your positions/orders.
Once you have done this, I would like to investigate further by looking over your log and trace files.
