In every topic, you include the same half-page, two paragraps:

it's annoying for us and time consuming to scroll and filter out those paragraphs while reading the indi descriptions...
please, just make a simple link or clickable popup, like:

[See Import Instructions - click here] (or something like that. will be great).

yes, just send the suggestion to that team, and tell that, instuctions are better to be linked - because if even a small part changes in instruction, you have to manually update hundreds of posts. That's why on NT forum, there are hundreds of broken links or obsolete replies, because your are posting the duplicate paragraphs manually in the topics, instead you should put just 1 link:

See here (or like that, and on that link, you can update info at any time, thus users will be up-to date with standard instructions).

Agreed, but you have to see it from NT's point of view. We geeks think that way, but there are many who do not, and NT has to optimize their support infrastructure, even if it means that we the geeks may be somewhat discomfited.
