Hello

Is there a tool that allows me to draw with the mouse as opposed to the pre set shapes that NT provides?

There is no tool available to draw as you would with the mouse in an application like Microsoft Paint with the Pen option.

Have you explored the Polygon Drawing Tool in NinjaTrader 8 that has been made available in release 8.0.15.1? This may serve your desired purpose here.
