IB Data - 3 to 5 min wait, most data missing

Hi,

I'm testing interactive broker data, when i load up a new chart it takes 3-5minutes of loading before it appears. When it does, at least half of the candles are missing from the chart replaced by dots. I've attached a screenshot

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20171008.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
