Historical Data on Charts Adjusting for Splits

Hello,

I have a couple of questions.

1) I am trying to adjust my charts for stocks that split (i.e. CPRT)

-Typically, they Kinetick EOD data will adjust, but it will not take this time for some reason. I've tried the steps in other threads such as: CC--> Tools --> Instrument Manager --> Search for CPRT --> Edit --> Misc --> Splits --> Enter Split factor 2 and date

- I then restarted NT7 and reloaded historical data, but with no luck of my weekly chart adjusting

2) A particular stock symbol ZTO (Zto Express Ads LLC, Cl A) is loading with only a few daily bars of data. This particular stock symbol has been trading on the NYSE for more than a year, but only showing a few bars of data.

I need to figure out a way to adjust these errors since my indicator package relies on the historical look back period.

What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Before we dig into troubleshooting the individual instruments, I'd like to ensure to no local cache issues are contributing.

To delete the cache, follow the steps below.

• Shut down NinjaTrader.
• Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > db folder.
• Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
• Restart NinjaTrader and test.
