    mappings

Good morning, I coded the acronym SME (ETF) quoted on the Italian stock exchange but the platform says mapping error. I put as Exchanges: Default + BVME
As the initials of Interactive Brokers I tried:
    MSE (does not work)
    MSE | IBIS
    MSE | BVME
    MSE | BVME.ETF
I inform you that with Interactive I have Real Time on the Italian stock exchange.

    Attached the images

    Thank you.

While it is possible to program custom instruments into NinjaTrader, sometimes it simply will not work. We'll try our best together to get this custom instrument into NinjaTrader successfully.

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)

What version of TWS are you using?

I was able to find the MSE stock, but I couldn't easily locate the MSE ETF. From a favorites list, please right-click on the MSE ETF instrument > Contract info > Description. Provide a screenshot of the description window. Here is an example of the MSE stock description window:

I want to mention that before we continue, you should be disconnecting from IB anytime you edit an instrument. If you do not do this, it is possible to end up with a 'ghost' instrument which will cause issues.

I cannot locate this instrument in my TWS installation. Also, my IB account does not have the required enablements to pull this or the equity instrument from TWS into NinjaTrader. However, I believe my setup of the instrument in my screenshot was successful.

Are you able to pull in data with these settings?

If not, is it the same error or a different error that the ETF mapping?

Now works. I had to subscribe to real time data for German ETFs (€ 1.25 per month) and to map with IBIS. It is not possible to map with BVME.ETF because there is no data service for residents in Italy. Thank you
