Uninstall of NinjaTrader 7 fails: Error 1001.

Hi there,

Installed Ninja v8 on my second machine, a Lenova notebook, and all well until I tried to uninstall v7.

Windows uninstall keeps failing with same error message: (See attachment.)

"Error 1001. InstallUtilLib.dll: Unknown error."

I also tried using the Revo Uninstall app which was suggested in this forum, but same result.

One possibly related issue is that I uninstalled the v3 Net framework before v7 attempt, and now get endless prompts to install again, but tried many times without success. I thought putting Net 3 nback would helpo uninstall v7.

Any advice on how to remove v7 please?
