Exposing more indicators to alerts functionality?

Hi,

I tried to set up alerts for the Darvas indicator to signal high and low of Darvas, but I couldn't select this indicator for an alert condition.

Will these values (and other indicator values) eventually be exposed so we can use with alerts?

Thank you for your post.

The indicator will need to be applied to the Chart or Market Analyzer you are using before it will appear in the Alerts Conditions.

Hi Patrick,

Yes, I had already applied the Darvas indicator to my chart but could not access the indicator in the Alert Conditions box when setting up alerts.

I assumed that Darvas had not been set up for alerts...or is this a bug?

It's the NT Darvas indicator, not a 3rd party one.

If added to the chart then the indicator should be in the Alerts Conditions menu, what you are detailing is unexpected behavior.
