Custom indicator disappearing

I made a custom indicator that only stays in a chart for maybe a few minutes then disappears and the chart scaling changes to 0 to 1. Repeatedly pressing F5 brings it back momentarily, sometimes.

Lastly, often times there are helpful error messages contained in the Log tab of the Control Center window that will give you a better idea as to what is causing the error. The Log tab is the last tab available in the Control Center window, next to the Account Performance tab.
