Zig Zag cant plot

Hi,
I have Custom indicators on my charts (Top Dog Trading), however the 1800 tick chart in my screenshot is not plotting any values, ie it is not plotting the wave counts, similar to the 600 and 200 tick, neither is is plotting the Pivot lines or Fibs.

The message says to reduce the deviation value...how do I do this please?

Thank you for your post.

To test, please right click on the chart > Select Indicators, then the plotted Top Dog Trading indicator in the lower left box. Check the right setting for the Deviation Value to reduce; as a note, the NinjaTrader 8 stock version defaults to .5.

I do not have a Deviation Value section in Properties for either indicator.

This is the opened out Properties box for the Top Dog Pivots indicator....no Deviation Value box...same with the Top Dog Fibs

Sorry to hear that didn't help. I suggest verifying via the vendor if there are any additional settings that may be causing the error, or if the interval is supported in general with the addon.

The vendor had no idea what to do, however I found the resloution...simply reduce the time range on the chart x axis by dragging it smaller with your left mouse button....the Zig Zag message disappears
