Scrollsrite indicator--anybody having issues with this recently?

I love this indicator. NT support was unable to diagnose the problem.
I've attached the zip file which I got from Big Mike's site (now called i.o.futures. It is in the Elite section so only available to members.)
no response from developer.

it allows you to simple grab the chart and move it around--up/down, side to side, diag etc.

no Control key involved. very nice for those trading fast markets.

the indicator passed compiling. I have used it for several years and it suddenly stopped working. I've got latest NT7, tried it on new charts, different intervals, etc. no luck.

I may have to hire someone to do it for me but if I can get anybody's help gratis, that is great.

It would be out of the scope of our support desk to debug the indicator but perhaps someone on the forum could assist or if you'd like I can have someone reach out with a list of third parties that would be interested in building this for you.

I will also put in a feature request for NT8 that does not require you hold down the control key for these features and add my vote to it as well.

I have used it for several years and it suddenly stopped working. I've got latest NT7, tried it on new charts, different intervals, etc. no luck.

I downloaded the attached indicator and installed it on 7.0.1000.38.
(I have not upgraded to v39 yet.)

I see the indicator working perfectly ... but with 1 problem.

After moving the chart panel around with the mouse, the
boxed 'F' appears in the upper right of the chart (which is
expected, since ScrollsRite changes the scale) -- the issue
I see is: when I click on the 'F' the ScrollsRite indicator is
no longer able to scroll vertically.

Fortunately, if I right click the chart and select 'Reload NinjaScript'
this seems to fix the issue (which makes sense because the
indicator re-initializes itself) and ScrollsRite indicator can again
scroll the chart panel vertically.

So, when you say this indicator is "not working", can you be
more specific and provide an example of the steps you take?

What version of NT are you running?

I’m using NT7, v …39 (newest) on Dell laptop, Win10.
I was using an existing chart on which I’ve successfully used scrollsrite before.

To better troubleshoot…
I opened a new chart (NQ 12-18 futures; 2 min).
Save.
(I reinstalled it several days ago to see if that would help. nope.)
Add ScrollsRite to chart.
It will move chart horizontally (normal NT7 behavior without indicator) but not vertically.
Reload ninjascript…..no change.

So odd. In the past scrollsrite would temporarily not work. I manually change the scale by dragging right scale and scrollsrite would work again.

Sorry, I don't have a way to reproduce what you're seeing.

I'm still on Windows 7 for my trading machine.

I put NT7 on another Win10 laptop and installed ScrollsRite. It works fine.
