Cannot load days before 7 December 2015 - FDAX Chart

Hello,

I am new in Ninja Trader and I would like to know how can I solve this issue.

I cannot load more days in my chart further to 7 December 2015. I go to the "days to load" box, but it does not help. I put 900 days to load, but for some reason the chart does not display days previous to 7 December 2015. If I click the "reload historical data" bottom, the situation remains the same.

The VOL indicator also does not work well when the chart is days range.

Any of you know how to solve this issue?

Can you please tell me what instrument is selected in the chart and to what data feed/broker you connect in NinjaTrader.

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the instrument in question in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit. Check what setting is used for 'Merge policy'. If set to UseGlobalSettings, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and check the 'Merge policy' setting here. Could it be set to DoNotMerge? If so, please switch it to MergeBackAdjusted. Subsequently create a new chart and check if the issue remains.
