Look at the Index SP 500 Chart (FXCM)

Hello, I can only see real-time and historical data of FOREX with FXCM (demo), but I can not see the rest instruments (materials, indexes offered by FXCM) How is the platform configured to see the rest of the instruments? Or are they restricted to use with Ninjatrader 8? I understand that you can add instruments, but I do not know what to select in the forms, for example the selection of Exchange and the symbol map in FXCM form.

To confirm, you are wanting to view Index instruments like ^TICK, is this correct?

These are not supported with FXCM.

For the answer, I just realized that in the link that you sent me, it appears that you can connect with Coinbase, because it does not appear in the connection configurator? Or can not I already? I have a gutter with Coinbase and I would be interested enough to operate through ninjatrader 8 or see your data live through NInjatrader 8. How do I connect it? Or can not anymore?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
