Strategy Optimizer Charts Pictures

((I"m asking this one for NT7, and a seperate one for NT8 ))

When looking at Optimized returns:
Is there a way to see, or add, the following on the Display > Analysis > Period "Time > Graph > ""Insert request here""

Instead of seeing playback Net Profit, or Cum.Net Profit, is there a way to see Gross Profit & Gross Loss on the same chart?
I Understand this is equivalent to Net Profit, but I am wondering if it's possible, this way I can compare times on one chart Profit<>Loss ratios

The picture would look exactly like it does already, however it would show graph & or bar chart gross profit AND loss (Like a double sided histogram or chart) throughout the strat.

Furthermore, how would one go about adding a different color to chart, say blue or purple, to "show" comissions paid inside the profit/loss? I hope this makes sense, i'm a terrible communicator !!

Are you looking for the Graphs > Graph > Trade Profit/Loss, in the Graph drop-down on the Graphs tab of the Strategy Analyzer results?

I've attached a picture of the graph options I see.
I would like to see the graph like what it shows here, but:
1) I would like to see Gross Profit / Loss
2) A "blue" addition for commissions inside the red and green if possible. I understand as some have said you can modify this?

Your screenshot is of NinjaTrader 8, yet you are posting in the NinjaTrader 7 section of the forums.

No, the Graphs tab options available in NinjaTrader 7 are not the same as the Analysis graph options in NinjaTrader 8.

Loaded and here are some screen shots. I see Cumulative Profit from NT7 Chart options, but I looked for a description in the F1 help menu. Could not find it. Would you point out the "Graph Descriptions" to me in the F1 help menu?

(again, looking to be able to view gross PnL with possibility of finding out if it is indeed possible to 'code into nt7' a way to colorise / view commissions inside the chart)

There isn't a page in the help guide with descriptions of each option.

The most there is is the Performance Data Tabs page and the Understanding the Graphs tab.

Showing commissions on the chart would need to be done with custom logic and drawing tools.
