NinjaTrader lagging

Greetings

I have a problem with Ninjatrader speed. I have a new computer with two 32-inch monitors, at every 4 charts for intraday trading with only 10 days of data. If I just watching the charts there is no problem, but when I start moving the mouse to click It will start lagging and sometimes falls. I have a custome indicators (Market Profit Pack). Lagging with relatively low volatility as well. The computer uses only about 30% and 30% CPU RAM. I have free data from CQG and FXCM and i use mainly 1,5 minute and 4-8 range charts.

You do not know what it could be?
The computer is brand new, the old week with these parameters.
CPU AMD FX-6350 Vishera Box AM3
MSI 970A-G43
Crucial RAM 2x8Gb 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Ballistix Sport
Gainward GeForce graphics GTX1050Ti 4 gigabytes of GDDR5
Seagate 1TB SSHD Firecuda
Internet speed approx. 16/2 Mbps.

CPU performance is set to maximum. Is somehow possible to increase the RAM usage, or it could help add another 2x8 GB of RAM memory?

Hello Martin95,

When NinjaTrader is installed on a 64 bit operating system, it will install two icons. One will run NinjaTrader in 32 bit, the other runs NinjaTrader in 64 bit. You will have access to all the same settings and data. Could it be you run NinjaTrader in 32 bit? If so, I recommend to run NinjaTrader in 64 bit. All applications that run in Windows in 32 bit are limited to use only so much RAM (~ 4 GB RAM). When you run applications in 64 bit there is no such limitation.

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Please go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Platform Support. Add 'Att Jason, 1626667' in the Subject field. Subsequently click Send to send the email.

I run 64 bit version and I have Windows 7 profesional 64 bit.
