(Day of) Month - (Day of) Year

Dear NT Team,

Can Month, Day of Month, Year and Day of Year please be added to "Time"?

And can an offset in time format (day, month, time ago) to such Time value please be made available in Strategy Builder?

A lot of strategies circle around seasonality, the turn of the month, etc.

Right now, all this requires coding although it should be easy to offer access to this info in Strategy Builder.

I've received a tracking ID for your request.

Your request for selectors for Month, Day of Month, Year and Day of Year in the Strategy Builder as well as being able to to apply offsets to DateTime conditions Strategy Builder is being tracked with ID #SFT-3187.

Please note it is up to the NinjaTrader Development to decide if and when any request will be implemented.

While you wait, there is already posted a Seasonal Trading Strategy on the NT EcoStstem. You might want to try downloading it to see how it goes about things.
