    Programmatically size a chart's window

    Hi there,

I screenshot my trades and I need the size of the chart window to be exactly the same each time.

Is there a way to programmatically size a chart's window so that I can include it into my custom indicator? Perhaps with the ChartControl object?

    Thanks in advance,
    Michelle

    Hello michellepace,

    Thank you for your post.

There would not be any NinjaScript based controls for such an item. Chart Control would not provide the needed control over the window itself. There may be other means to achieve this but it would be outside the scope of what we can support.

A possible solution could be to set up workspace that only has one chart, this chart would never be resized. You could switch to this workspace after saving your chart template on your other workspace(s) and then load that template on the chart and then take your screenshot.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
