HELP Open position!

    HELP Open position!

    Hey guys!

    Im concerned about this "you have 1 active order. You have 1 active position. Do you really want to disconnect?" warning I get when i disconect Ninjatrader lately.

    I cant find ANY open position either on my Mirus account, or the Sim101 account..everything seems to be flat..

    But i keep getting this and im getting worried.

    Can you help me?

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please confirm with Mirus that you do not have any open positions with you live account.

    Once you have done that can you please let us know what version of NinjaTrader you are using by going to Help-->About. And also please send your log and trace files to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and reference this forum post.

    Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2009xxxx.txt
    Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2009xxxx.txt

      I think ive found it.. from the Sim101 account of the past 12-09 ES contract...

      Either way i cant close it... just to stop getting the anoying message...

        Hi,

        As long as it is not on a live order then you can reset the simulation account to clear any open orders. Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.
        • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
        • Select the "Simulator" tab
        • Press the "Reset" button
