Cannot setup NT7

Hi I am not able to setup NT7 on a windows server 2012 R2, I receive an error each time. Is it possible that it is not compatible with this OS? I have NT8 running on it with no issues.

There's another non server post that the new non msi installer didn't work either recently.

Can you please clarify if you have any windows updates at this time? Are you currently the owner of the server or have you contacted the IT tech who monitors regarding installation items?
