Any chance NT 7 will be updated to .NET 4.7, or is it truly in a permanent freeze ?

NinjaTrader 8 is the primary focus for our development team and all major updates will be focused towards NinjaTrader 8, which does support .NET 4. I will submit a feature request to add support for .NET 4 in NinjaTrader 7.
