Save Chart Data as Historical

Hello.

I'm using Continuum as a data feed. Your manual says that historical bid/ask tick data is supported.

When I open a chart that contains indicators that uses the historical bid/ask tick data, I see that the bars are not being filled up.

Under the Data tab under Options, I do NOT have "Save chart data as historical" checked.

Does clicking that choice include the support of historical bid/ask tick data being stored to disk, or just price data?

I'm thinking if it does, will NT pull that data from disk so that historical data can be used?

Or under NT7, am I just stuck with only realtime data?

Thanks for writing in.

Enabling this option would include the price data, if you have a window opening recording the bid/ask data that would be recorded as well.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
