      Hello,

      Thank you for your post,

I suggest first to attempt to repair the installation (Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Right click on NinjaTrader > Repair).

If you still see the same, please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

      * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
      * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
      * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
      * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

We look forward to assisting further.

Have you ever fixed it? I do have exactly the same problem: two instances of "Playback Connection" both are disabled for editing and cannot be saved :O

            Hello stasha,

Thank you for your post. To resolve this, if you a live account user, first save your license key found at Help > License key in a safe location on your PC and verify you have access to any data feed login. These items will need to be entered again manually.

Next, please go to the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 folder and rename the "config" file as "config.old" and restart NinjaTrader.

Test if you are then able to manage the connections without issues.

We look forward to assisting further.
