Strategies not showing on the charts

Hi

I normally have to leave NT running 24h a day since I have some strategy on. This am the app was not responding (it also lost connection with IB last night since IB did shut down. Not sure if there is a connection with this fact).
So I closed and re-started the app.
Upon restart the app did only open a fraction of the charts that I had before, even if there are all in the list of Strategies ON in the Workspace, and the one that are open don't have any charts on them.

Can I do something about it? (would rather avoid to recharge 70+ strategies between different instruments)

Thank you for your post.

While the Interactive Brokers TWS connection in NinjaTrader has a nightly disconnect this should not cause the system to go into 'Not responding' in the Windows Operating System nor cause windows to no longer open in NinjaTrader.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
