Had a problem trading the RB with them the other day. OneUp says it is a Ninja issue. I attempted to open a position long I think and it did not appear on my charts or SuperDOM. It did appear in my control center under 'open positions', but I did not discover that until it had moved significantly against me. The same is not true for SIM orders. Orders placed for the SIM account appear as normal.
OneUp says it is an issue with RB and Ninja. I have never seen this elsewhere. Comments?

It isn't possible to say for sure what caused that particular instance to happen without knowing more information.
I suggest reaching out to us at PlatformSupport(at)NinjaTrader(dot)com the next time you see this happen. We would want to know what time the trade happened as well as a copy of your log and trace files.
You can send us your log and trace files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This will be checked by default.
