ninja trader chart gap

Hi guys,

I tried to find the thread for such a query but wasnt able to find..
basically i did not login in NT 6 for about a month and when i tried to login today and load eur/usd cpot chart : feed from gain capital , I had a big candle from 1.46 to 1.34 . usually the chart should be in the form of 15 min candles on 15min chart . In short there is a bug.. how can i remove this so i can get true charts?

Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Select the "Misc" tab
• Press the "Repair DB" button
• Press the "OK" button

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

closing default charts

I seem to have 39 charts in a default workspace that I dont know how to get rid of.I close them and they re appear when opening NT.

How to I start anew in NT ,clean slate?

After you have closed the charts you do not want associated with your Default Workspace please go to File-->Workspaces-->Save Workspace.

I tried "save as" teh 39 nine charts,leaving the default workspace empty ,then tried to delete that 39/workspace,which it shows deteted,but the charts dont go away.

I un installed NT 6.5,tried to delete all ninja from via search,and files there would not delete,re installed ninja 6.5,and the 39 chart are still there.

I managed to delete all ninja.I do get the firewall notice and dotn know how to set up Pand Security Suite to permit NT 6.5 access.

Hello,

First please close your newly saved Workspace by going to File-->Workspace-->Close Workspace.

Next please Close NinjaTrader-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->Workspaces-->Right click on the workspace-->Delete-->Restart NinjaTrader.
