Detect instances of an indicator
I'm creating an indicator that may need multiple instances placed on the same chart.

Hello afshinmoshrefi,
If a strategy is adding the indicators to the chart, you can save each instance to a variable (or an array) and track the number of indicators the strategy has added with these variables.
If you are wanting to list the indicators from an Addon, this is possible using undocumented code.
Below is a link to an example that loops through charts and loops through the indicators on the chart.

basically I want to know inside an indicator if there is another instance of the same indicator on the chart.
Is that possible to do?
Basically inside an indicator code, is it possible to query the chart for all indicators on the chart?
