Properties window for an indicator

I need to know if exists any educational resource to add a properties window for an indicator to do changes in properties without refreshing the chart.

Thank you for your note.

If I apply a SMA to a chart, then right click on the chart>Indicators and change the SMA period from 20 to 50, then press okay, the changes are reflected immediately. Would you please provide more detail on what you're looking to do when you mean without refreshing a chart?

I mean in a custom indicator. I'm asking for any resource that help me to understand how to build it with this feature, using a window properties to do changes without refreshing the chart.

In the example you wrote is the change in the indicator without touch the button ok. Only changing the parameter. Is called changes on the fly.

It may be possible to have a change reflected on the chart without pressing okay, where the change in the input triggers the refresh however this would be unsupported and I'm unaware of any examples demonstrating how to accomplish this.
