Hotkey for Custom Drawing Tool ?

I'm thinking about tweaking the existing RiskReward-Tool a bit. As I understand I should do this by creating a Custom Drawing Tool.

Is it possible to show my version of the tool instead of the original one or additionally in the Drawing Tools- Menu (Main-Menu, Chart-ContextMenu)?

And - more important - is it possible to assign a Hotkey to call my Custom Drawing Tool?

Yes, you can create a copy of a DrawingTool and use a unique classname and this will be a unique drawing tool.

Regarding adding hotkeys for a custom drawing tool, I will need to research this and I will let you know what I find.

At this time, there is not a way to assign a hotkey to a custom drawing object (or other addon).
Would you like to submit a feature request for the NinjaTrader Development to consider adding this functionality to a future version of NinjaTrader?

Thanks for researching. Perhaps development should have a look at this topic, yes, but I assume providing Hotkeys for Custom Drawing Tools could turn out to be more complex than it first looks.

As for my current problem: how can I call a Custom Drawing Tool in general if not with a Hotkey? Will it be listed in my Drawing Tools drawer? Or is there a special menu item for Custom Drawing Tools?

All custom drawing objects will appear under the second to last divider in the Drawing Tool menu on a chart.
