How to free chart, so I can move it up and down?

In NT7 charts, I can move chart left, so I can go in time right and left.
I with to take it up and down as well.
But, the chart don't move.
In in the points area I slide the points up and down, I get the chart make the candle longer.
But, then it can go outside the screen.
I wish to move it back down, so I can see longer candles..

Did I Not explain the request properly?

Thank you for your note.

To move the chart up or down, please follow the steps below:

* Move your mouse to the Y-Axis
* Hold down the Ctrl button and left mouse button
* While holding down both Ctrl + Left Mouse button move the mouse up or down
