That is the correct symbol for NinjaTrader Continuum, Continuum, and CQG.
Note that historical data is not available for this instrument at this time. If you load a chart, you will get an error related to this.
You will only receive real time data for this instrument. You must be enabled for the instrument with your broker to get data.

No Quotes for FDXM in Doom but charting works

Hello,
I'am with CQG data and IB for brokerage!

I'am not able to route orders for FDXM to IB!
I'am not getting any quoues in doom window. It is frozen with FDXM.
But charting does work!
Any ideas?

Im having the same trouble with continuum, I installed per instructions, and I get a chart but nothing going forward, do I have to reset the data base? I used FDXM on the symbol mapping as per instructions

Do you get an error in the log about not being enabled for real time data? If so you will need to contact your broker to enable it.

You will first want to check with Interactive Brokers that you are enabled for this data.

If you have confirmed this you will want to use "DAX|||5" (without the quotations) for your symbol mapping. More information on how to configure this instrument can be found at this link:

Specifically for Interactive Brokers: Note that because both the FDAX and the FDXM use the same symbol mapping with a different multiplier you will not be able to view/trade these instruments simultaneously. Only one may be configured at a time.

A resolution for this is being worked on however I do not have any further information at this time.

I am waiting for a solution to be able to chart and trade FDAX and FDXM in parallel via IB & CQD Datafeed. So far I implemented all settings according to the informations I found in this forum, seems to be correct, including DAX|||5 and 1 Tick etc. as well as DAX|||25 for FDAX.

Still, FDXM does not work. FDAX works.

Even if I close the workspace and create a new workspace and just implement FDXM, it fails, no Chart data are loaded at all, also the Processor workload is increasing heavily, Charts tells me Loading....

Will there be a solution at all to get both Instruments in parallel with IB and when will the solution be available?
