Chart/DOM/Data issues

Is anyone else having problems with NT either crashing, or freezing and not showing current data?

I have had a couple of freezes and crashes this morning and the Bar Timer stopped working and DOM price doesnt match the chart prices. Can Ninjatrader confirm if they are having issues today or not? I have a couple of friends experiencing the same problems.

To investigate this matter further, I would like to review your log and trace files so that I can provide you with performance suggestions applicable to your particular situation.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please include a link to this forum post in the body of the email and title it ATTN Alan S.
