Replay DOM Depth Displaced for some instruments

See the picture attached. In Market Replay what happens is the chart and the yellow <Last Trade Price> show the normal price, but the depth, the bids and the offers, go on their own way, sometimes completely out of view.

It seems to happen to Treasuries like ZB in this case. Other instruments work fine.

The actual price is 19 bid at 20 offer.

It feels like they are time shifted maybe? I would like to know how to fix this. Thanks

Hello hundert,

The best steps to take are to sync the PC Clock, clear the cache and downloaded data, and re-download the data (ensuring the PC Clock is in sync).
• Shutdown NinjaTrader
• Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop -> Select Adjust date/time
• If you are using Windows 10, click 'Additional date, time, & regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
• Click on Internet Time tab
• In the Server: drop-down select time.nist.gov
• Click Update
• If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated
• If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)

Starting with Windows Vista and on through Windows 7 and 8, you can synchronize your clock with an internet-based server. This will ensure your computer time is always correct. Having the correct t…

• Open (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache\
• Delete all files within this folder
• Go up one directory to the \db\ folder
• Repeat this procedure for the data folder as well to delete the downloaded Market Replay data
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Connect

Then re-download the data and try the playback again.

Let me know if this does not correct the issue.
