    Demo login - realtime not ebled

    Good Day,
    I have applied for a CQG demo but I'm not able to connect to realtime.
    See the attached log,

    Hello luigilafresa,

    Thank you for your post. A reset of your instrument database should resolve this.

    To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

    Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
    Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
    Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

    Let me know if you see the same after taking these steps. We have been advised that the data provider is performing system maintenance throughout today, so a temporary data or server issue may be occurring.

      thank you Eric,
      it was enough to restart NT7 (this morning it did not work)
      now it's working fine.
